Stormy Skies

I often go to the local beach in Kingston around lunch time to have a coffee and a sushi roll, and I always feel so lucky to be surrounded by such beauty on a daily basis. The ever-changing colours and patterns in the sky and water are a constant source of inspiration. In “Stormy Skies” I have simplified the image down to focus on what I found most emotive about the scene – the deep blue clouds, the smooth green-blue water, and the way they contrast with the texture of the dune grasses and sand.
